Why I Built This

Am I buying something right now?

What does it cost to join?

I don't post that here, and it's on purpose. This isn't an impulse buy off a webpage. Before anyone comes in, we talk, so you understand exactly what you're getting and I make sure it's a fit for you. When a seat opens, I walk you through everything, including what it takes to join. The list is how you get in that conversation.

When will a seat open?

A few times a year, and only when I have room to properly coach new members. There's no fixed schedule on purpose. That's exactly why the list exists, so you don't have to keep checking. I'll come to you.

Do I need real estate experience?

No. The training starts from the beginning and the tech stack is built for you. What you do need is the willingness to show up, do the work, and take coaching.

Do I have to move abroad?

Not at all. The business works from anywhere, including right where you are. The "living abroad" side is there for the people who want it, and once you see the math, a lot of them do.
